Warranty-covered maintenance

The buyer must present the warranty certificate, receipt or other reliable document (e.g. implementation certificate of a house) that shows where and when the product was purchased. Please check our terms of guarantee  before contacting maintenance.

The serial number and model of the device must be given to the maintenance provider, and the damage and the situation in which it occurred must be described in as much detail as possible. Before the device is taken in for maintenance, everything must be agreed upon with the authorized maintenance provider or the warranty giver. When a repair request is made, the warranty contents and possible costs must be clarified in advance.

 

Other service:
